Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

The product must be returned, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

The product must not be used or damaged.

Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless there is a mistake or defect.

How to return?

Please mention your order number and the product you wish to return.

Return shipping costs

The costs for returning the product are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refund

​

After receiving and inspecting the return, you will receive the full purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, back to your account within 14 days. If the product is damaged or used, we may charge a depreciation.
